Do I need a Blu-ray movie to use Disney Second Screen?

The Disney Second Screen app is designed to interact with your Blu-ray movie, and you'll need to sync the app with your Blu-ray to enjoy the full second screen experience. However, you may sample a portion of the app without syncing with the Blu-ray by choosing EXPLORE ON YOUR OWN from the Disney Second Screen Main Menu on your iPad or computer.

Does my Blu-ray player have to be connected to the internet for Disney Second Screen to work?

Your Blu-ray player doesn't have to be connected to the Internet, but your iPad or computer does, in order to sync with your movie.

Can I use Disney Second Screen with a Disney DVD?

Disney Second Screen can only sync with a Disney Blu-ray movie. It will not work with a DVD.
