What can I do if there is no audio when playing my movie?
Sometimes when you play a DVD or Blu-ray, there will be no audio when the movie starts to play. This is normally caused when your player defaults to the incorrect audio track. To correct this issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Play the movie.
2. Locate the "Audio" button on your player's remote control.
3. Press the "Audio" button as many times as needed until the correct audio track is selected, and you can hear the full movie audio.
